At Pink Pakistan, we strive to get your purchases to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping policies are outlined below.

Processing Time: We aim to process all orders within 24 hours of receipt, Monday through Saturday. Please note that during peak sales periods or holidays, processing times may be longer.

Multiple Orders and Shipping: Only one order can be in transit at a time. If you place two orders on consecutive days, only one order can be processed and shipped at a time. The next order will only be dispatched after the first one is confirmed to be delivered. It may also be cancelled without notification.

Weekly Delivery Limit: In order to provide the best possible service to all customers, we have implemented a weekly delivery limit of 1 shipment per customer address. This means that if you place multiple orders within a week, they will be held until the following week when a single shipment can be made to your address. Please note that this policy applies to all delivery methods and is in effect Monday through Sunday.

Shipping Speeds: Once your order is processed and shipped, delivery times vary depending on the chosen shipping method. We offer expedited shipping options to ensure fast delivery, but please note that these methods may not affect the processing time of subsequent orders. If you have multiple orders in transit at once, we cannot guarantee the simultaneous arrival of all items.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does delivery take?

Delivery generally takes 2 working days in major cities. Can be longer in remote areas, during the winters, or right before/after major holidays.

Can I open/check the package before payment?

No. Most couriers don't allow that. The rider will not let you open the package before payment. Even if they did, we would absolutely not allow it; opening a package in front of the rider and going through the products is a violation of the privacy we promise.

Can I do in-store pick-up?

We don't have any outlets etc. Only delivery is possible.

Can I collect the package from the courier's office

All courier services have officially discontinued self collection as an option. Please opt for a delivery.

Where do you deliver?

All across Pakistan! We deliver wherever the major courier services deliver, which is 99% of the country.
